Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technological infrastructure supporting our operations. However, all purchases, interactions and contractual relationships are entered into directly with CINCO.
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using our Services.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

Differences in color, texture or appearance may arise due to screen settings, lighting conditions or the inherent nature of materials. Such variations are not considered defects.
All product descriptions, specifications and availability are subject to change at any time, without prior notice.
CINCO reserves the right to limit quantities, restrict orders or discontinue products at its sole discretion.
4. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from CINCO.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. CINCO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel or limit any order, including in cases of:
- product unavailability
- pricing or technical errors
- suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued by CINCO.
Once confirmed, orders may not be modified or cancelled, except where required by applicable law.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping costs, duties or taxes.
In the event of an error in pricing or product information, CINCO reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. CINCO does not retain full payment details.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all charges will be honored.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
CINCO is not responsible for delays arising from logistics providers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk and ownership of products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify CINCO within the specified period.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
Please note that this right does not apply to:
- personalized or engraved products
- items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
CINCO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the required conditions.
Where applicable, return-related costs may be deducted from the refund.
9. FRAUD, MISUSE AND ACCOUNT PROTECTION
To protect both our customers and our business, CINCO reserves the right to:
- refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
- suspend accounts engaging in misuse or abuse
- block transactions deemed high-risk
This includes, but is not limited to:
- excessive or abnormal return behavior

10. SHIPPING REFUSALS
If an order is refused upon delivery, all associated costs — including shipping, duties and return fees — will be deducted from any applicable refund.

All content within our Services — including designs, imagery, text, branding and product concepts — is owned by CINCO or its licensors.
Such content may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.

However, all transactions are conducted exclusively with CINCO.
