The CINCO STORE brand is conducting a contest in May, June, July and August 2025 to reward the creativity of our Instagram followers. Here are the rules to participate:

ORGANIZER:

This contest is promoted and organized by Furtado e Pereira, LDA. with headquarters at Rua da Casa Branca 97 3030-097 Coimbra, with legal entity number 515204323, hereinafter referred to as CINCO STORE.

2. DURATION:

The contest will run from May 1 to August 31, 2025, with four monthly cycles of participation and the awarding of a final prize.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, users must:

Post a creative photo on Instagram featuring an ice cream and a visible CINCO jewel.

Identify the official @cincostore account in the caption.

Use the official hashtag: #CINCOPEOPLE

Send a message on Instagram with the print screen of the publication and the email associated with the entrant.

Only entries published within the respective month will be considered valid (e.g. for the May prize, the photo must be published between May 1st and May 31st).

4. PRIZES

All participants will receive a €15 digital voucher valid for purchases on www.cinco-store.com for 6 months from the date of issue. Once we have received the print screen of the publication and the participant's email address, the gift card will be sent within 7 working days.

Every month, the photo with the most likes on Instagram at 23:59 on the last day of the month will win a €500 gift card (also valid on the CINCO website for 6 months).

In case of a tie, CINCO reserves the right to choose the winning photo based on creativity.

5. ELIGIBILITY

Participation is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Employees or associates of CINCO are not eligible.

6. DATA PROTECTION

Participants' personal information will be kept confidential and will be used only for the purpose of administering the contest (sending prizes).

By participating, users authorize CINCO to use their photo for the purpose of publicizing the contest on the brand's digital channels (Instagram, newsletter and website), without additional compensation.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

This contest is not sponsored by, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

CINCO reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or contains offensive, illegal or fraudulent content.

Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
