in paris during fashion week, you can see two types of people walking down the street: people with the extra studied look, or people with a look that seems not staged at all. it's easy to feel inspired in paris, the city breathes fashion and creativity. everything that we might consider superfluous is essential in paris and makes the city vibrate. on the street, we met 23-year-old internet sensation madeline argy, to whom we offered a pair of pam earrings in an act of madness.
at costes, we sat next to shining stars like jared leto or cher, or stars on the rise from the beckham dynasty. it was impossible to ignore the italian duo attico or the breathtaking beauty of amina amuaddi, made up by our wonderful andreea ali. the fashion world was in paris and the trends for the coming months were set these days, both on the catwalk and in street style.
one thing I know for sure: timeless minimalism is at an all-time high and burgundy or chocolate colors are undoubtedly omnipresent in the winter collection. in jewelry, gold and diamonds take center stage, but there's no denying that silver is also in the spotlight with big, bold pieces. frankly, in a very CINCO style. rubies will also feature prominently, so be sure to have a look at our latest norma ruby earrings.
the truth is that we are in a time of contrasts. the dominance of miniskirts with large volumes combined with super maximalist bags or bracelets and earrings where the extra size takes over the look. our arlo bracelet or our pam will definitely take over and i am super excited. and I have to admit that sitting next to a super nice jared leto (even if it was just platonic conversations) or hugging andreea ali over and over again also gave me energy for the coming months.
